The Hospital Hill Lookout

One of the easier hikes the island has to offer, the walk to the summit of the Hospital Hill boasts a panoramic view of the island. To find the start of the walk, head to the Rarotonga Hospital which is nestled on a hill in the village of Nikao. The trail has a bit of a steep rocky incline so be sure to wear sneakers with good grip.
